Registration

Open Enrollment is going on now

for the 2013-2014 school year.

Registration forms are on the forms page.

The Registration fee is $90 per child/$140 per family(non-refundable).

Enrollment

The following forms are required for enrollment:

·       Student Information and Emergency Form (w/proof of identity)

·       Health Form

·       Medical Treatment Form

·       Parent Resource Form

·       Developmental History Form

Toilet Training:

Toddler students should be in the process of toilet training. This means that potty training has been introduced at home, and that child is comfortable with sitting on the potty. We understand that this is a process that all children go through it at their own pace.
