Children and youth

St. Paul is committed to keeping all our members safe — our children, in particular. We take the safety and well-being of children very seriously here at St. Paul. All of our volunteers on the Children’s Ministry Team must pass background checks, and we follow guidelines requiring two non-related individuals providing care at any time. These and other safety measures are part of our Safe Sanctuaries® policy.

Security and retention

We use account-based access and reasonable safeguards to protect information. We retain data only as long as needed for ministry and recordkeeping, then delete or archive it securely.

Your choices

You can update your contact preferences or unsubscribe from emails or texts at any time. You may request that we correct, limit, or remove information we hold where feasible. Contact us using the information above.

Nonprofit notice

St Paul UMC is a nonprofit religious organization based in Virginia. While some privacy laws exempt nonprofits, we strive to respect privacy and honor reasonable requests.
